Sophie Calle used to follow people around Paris. If I remember correctly, she once followed a man to Germany having fallen in love with him. Perhaps the act of intentional observation does change not just you, the observer, but also the person observed.
This video creates a feeling that wells up from my solar plexus to my chest and it stays there. One must learn to be earnest; if you were not born that way, it’s too easy to be cynical.
