This photo I took a couple weeks ago through the window at Tepper Galleries. The auction house is near my work and I like to stop in on my lunch hour for the Friday preview. I wasn’t at the preview yestereday which was for the auction today. I think this is a good example of a gourd lamp, it’s a beautiful color, and it’s on a lovely Lucite base.

This morning at the Chelsea flea market, the best show was the people. I did find a, Handbook of Paisleys, 1955. I bought it even though I have a moratorium on purchases as I’m moving to California and am supposed to be selling everything.
