This is our second annual Valentine’s pillow. (We being me and my pillows). The background is silk. The red and pink is from a 60’s woman’s scarf. Cut into small circles and hand sewn. Not only inspired by Valentine’s Day, but also the quinceañera dress shops in Downtown LA and my favorite Pixie’s song in particular this video:
